Website and Inquiry Terms

No checkout.
No reservation.
No delivery commitment.

Effective: August 11, 2026. These are public website and inquiry boundaries, not click-through acceptance terms. Merely browsing this site does not create a contract.

This site collects commercial interest and communicates scope boundaries. Submitting an inquiry does not create an order, reservation, purchase agreement, price guarantee, support entitlement, delivery commitment, or acceptance into any beta program.

Open-source files

The open M3-CRETE technical repository is governed by its published licenses and disclaimers. This commercial site does not modify those license terms.

Commercial quotes

Any supplied components, services, software licenses, support, integration, or electrical work must be separately offered, quoted, and accepted in a signed or otherwise enforceable written agreement.

Public information is not approval

Website content, open files, inquiry responses, modeled outputs, software checks, and portfolio links are informational and may be incomplete or change. They are not professional engineering, laboratory accreditation, certification, code approval, structural approval, safety approval, procurement assurance, or a warranty of fitness.

Licenses control

The exact repository licenses and notices govern open-source files. A website summary does not expand, replace, or waive those terms. Third-party components and linked sites may carry separate rights and obligations.

Signed agreement controls

If Sunnyday later offers a paid scope, the accepted written agreement must identify deliverables, exclusions, payment, tax, intellectual-property, data, warranty, liability, refund, support, and termination terms. Public copy cannot fill those gaps.

Applicable law

Any disclaimer, limitation, or allocation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Before Any Paid Commitment

Sunnyday should provide a written configuration, scope, price, lead-time basis, support boundary, professional-use acknowledgement, safety/electrical boundary, and refund/deposit terms.

Configuration

Variant, included components, exclusions, software access, and customer-supplied items.

Fulfillment

Expected lead time, shipping basis, inspection limits, and support process.

Safety

Professional-use acknowledgement, electrical boundary, no-public-mains/control-panel scope, and local-code responsibility.
