Sunnyday uses M3-CRETE inquiry information to evaluate fit, respond to questions, schedule conversations, prepare quotes where appropriate, and improve commercial planning.
Information you choose to send by email, such as name, organization, use case, technical experience, workspace plan, and questions. Hosting, network, and email providers may also process ordinary request, delivery, security, and message metadata.
Business follow-up, early-access inquiry screening, support-scope evaluation, and quote preparation if a commercial conversation proceeds.
Do not send passwords, regulated personal data, export-controlled technical details, or confidential third-party information unless a separate agreement is in place.
Sunnyday Technologies LLC controls the inquiry information it receives through this site. The current source contains no checkout, account, customer upload, advertising pixel, or behavioral-analytics application.
Cloudflare delivers and protects the site, and email/infrastructure providers deliver and secure messages. Those providers may process technical metadata under their own terms and Sunnyday's applicable service arrangements. Linked third-party sites have separate notices.
Inquiry and business records may be retained while needed for follow-up, security, legal, tax, dispute, and recordkeeping purposes. A fixed operational deletion schedule is still under review; do not rely on this email route for confidential or regulated submissions.
This site does not provide an automated acceptance, pricing, credit, safety, or eligibility decision. Spam filtering may screen messages, but any commercial commitment requires separate written human review and agreement.
